Out-of-Town Process

Live out of our in-town radius? Not a problem! We have successfully completed projects in Montana, Colorado, Florida, and Michigan as well as the cities of Nashville, Indianapolis, Chicago, Cincinnati, Louisville and even Manhattan, New York. Even though many of these projects are hundreds of miles away, FCI can still offer our attention to detail and unparalleled accuracy to these projects. With these out-of-town jobs, FCI will NOT provide countertops or appliances; our installation services are determined per job.

In cases where we will not be installing, the contractor will be asked to provide all measurements and sign off on final drawings. The final measure will take place through a phone conference with the FCI designer. The FCI designer can do a virtual walk through over the phone, room by room, with the contractor to help coach them through the most critical info we need to help ensure a smooth installation. Contractors are often times amazed how simple we can make projects for them with our nearly unlimited custom abilities. We can do what they’ve been told “can’t be done” so many times before. Each out-of-town client has treated the selection process very differently. Many clients understand that this is a big investment in their home or business and feel a trip to our showroom is worthwhile. Customers can fly into Evansville Regional Airport which is just 10 minutes from our location. With the help of a decorator, many clients can select all cabinets, styles, finishes, hardware, and all other details in one full day! We manufacture and finish all our products at the same facility as our showroom; and many clients enjoy taking a brief plant tour to see how the whole process works. If the customer is unable to visit our showroom, the client can provide us with color samples to match, pictures of details to match, etc. FCI will make samples and submit detailed drawings for each room for approval before cabinets go into production.
